After receiving the carpet, the customer has the right to return it within 14 days. The condition of the rug must be unaltered. Customers must package the rugs for return and make sure of the safety of the products to return undamaged. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs involved or can deliver directly to our offices. Upon completion of return, we shall credit your total purchase amount. If the product is damaged on arrival, we are unable to process the return as the customer is responsible for the damages caused to the rug.
